Tony Hallwood – Group Director
Originally from Altrincham, Tony was a Postgraduate in Tourism at University of Surrey before joining the travel industry working for SAGA, Cosmos and Airtours.
Tony now brings 15 years board level experience to Marketing Profile having held more recently senior positions at Leeds Bradford and Bristol Airports – two of the fastest growing regional airports in the UK.
A passionate and confident communicator Tony’s proactive Sales and Marketing approach has delivered outstanding results and he takes pride in helping businesses to deliver significant financial and commercial benefits in today’s highly competitive marketplace.
In addition Tony’s extensive PR awareness and knowledge can help you deliver substantial local, regional, national and international media coverage and his wide network of contacts can help you secure effective and strategic stakeholder relationships to benefit your business.
Barbara Hallwood – Managing Director
Prior to setting up Marketing Profile, Barbara had a wealth of experience in the leisure industry working within the aviation and hotel industry specialising in PR, copywriting and event planning. From chartering Concorde, writing the brochure and selling the flights to prestigious events with leading dignitaries, Barbara’s experience was diverse and took her across the world.
Following a career break Barbara was involved with the Chamber of Commerce which allowed her to develop a strong sense of business acumen prior to launching her own Agency in 2007.
Kate Gerbich – Agency Director
Kate joined the team at Marketing Profile from a digital agency where she worked with a string of regional and national brands, managing Content Marketing Campaigns ranging from webpage copy and advertorials, to videos and infographics. She has experience in creating and marketing a broad range of exciting and innovative online content as well as managing social media campaigns.
Prior to that Kate spent several years working with the BBC as a researcher and production assistant. Kate worked on a number of prime-time programmes including Holiday, Crimewatch, Watchdog and the Film programme.
